Cabinet does not intend to reimpose the influenza restrictions as affecting business, but owing to the alarming increase and the fact that hospitals are taxed to the fullest limit. Ministers are seriously considering reviving masking. Each day now sees further curtailment of business hours. Many firms have closed entirely owing to the ehortago of staffs.
