HELIGOLAND.
TO BE DESTROYED BY GERMAN LABOR. Received May 8, 10.30 p.m. Paris, May 7. The Allies intend to destroy the Heligoland fortifications with German labor and at German expense. No fortifications are to be allowed in future, and the German General Staff is to be abolished.— Aus. and N-Z. Cable Assoc.
