COLONIAL SUGAR COMPANY. ' Received April 30, 10 30 p.m. Sydney, April 30. The half-yearly meeting of the Colonial Sugar Company has declared a dividend of fi'/ a per cent., also a peace bonus of four shillings per share. The Fiji Company declared a dividend of 6 per cent. AN EARTHQUAKE AT SALVADOR. Received May J, 1.15 a.m. Washington, April 29. An earthquake occurred in Sail Salvador. Forty are dead, and much damage to property has been done.
