ROWING.
INTERNATIONAL EIGHT OAR RACE. NEW ZEALANDERS ENTEL. Received April 27, 5.5 |>.m, London, April 25. Six crews have entered for the international eight oared race, to be rowed on the Seine on Sunday. The New Zealand crew comprises: Wilson, White, Nestor, Comber, Patterson, Rutledge, Hadfleld, Hardy (stroke), Russell (coxswain). The race is to be rowed in three heats over a one and a half mile course. The New Zealanders' average in weight is ISOlbs, the heaviest crew except Newfoundland's, but the Americans have the advantage in height.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
