FUTURE WORK OUTLINED. London, April 13. The Red Cross Congress at Cannes decided on a world-wide crusade among old and young with the view of creating a healthy conscience. The general feeling of delegates favored concentration on child welfare and the combating of the epidemic of typhus now raging in Europe.—Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
