OLYMPIC COUNCIL'S APPEAL TO DOMINIONS. Received April 17,11.40 p.m. London, April 14. Mr. Laffan, writing on behalf of the British Olympic Council, appeals to sportsmen and athletes in the dominions to co-operate to the utmost in making the Olympic Gameß at Antwerp next year a Buccess, as a compliment to the Heroic Belgians. He points out the shortness of time in which to prepare.—Times Service.
