THE KOREAN QUESTION. Received Anvil in 5.5 p.m. New York, April i Speaking at Spriugiieiu, Jiiinois, Baron Geto, former Foreign Minister, said Japan is merely acting in Korea as the United States acted at Porto Rico and Pliillipines with the object of maintaining peace and order amongst disorderly neighbors.
