This propaganda, on a tremendous scale, was continuing.

CONSTRUCTION OF CRUISERS SUSPENDED.

Washington, March 11. Mr Daniels lias ordered that tha construction of bix big cruisers be suspended until a decision is reached re garding the best type of ship.
