It is believed that Britain will sink her allotment of German ships, allowing France and Italy to keep theirs, owing to the declared rivalry ol' the United Stales against British sea domination. GERMAN U BOATS. BEING SOLD BY BRITAIN'. Received March 14, 5.5 p.m. London, March 13. Tt is stated that the Government i_s selling the German U boats. It was intended that the mo.ney resulting from the sales should he distributed amongst the Allies.
