BRTTAIN MORE ADVANCED. THAN ANY OTHER NATION. Received March 14, 7.40' p.m. London, March 13. General Seely, in moving the air vote in the House of Commons to the extent- of £45,000,'000, said that Britain was more advanced in civil aviation than any other country. The Government's first efforts were being concentrated upon mail carrying to Cairo and India, owing to the strategic importance of that route.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc.
