TO BE HANDED TO GERMANS IK APRIL. TEN DAYS GIVEN FOR REPLY. CONCESSIONS TO GREECE. Received March 14, 7.40 p.m. Paris, March 12. It U understood that the preliminary peace terms will be hr.tided lo the German delegates early in April. The documents will be formally submitted without any comment being permitted on their pari. They will be requested to deliver the terms to the Assembly at Weimar, and return with the reply within ten days. It is understood that the conference will make it clear that Count Bernstoril must not be one of the delegates, as he is a persona nou grata. The Council of Ten will not meet again until President Wilson is present. The Belgian Territorial Committee completed it 3 report, which covers the case of Sohleswig. The Greek Commission is reported have agreed that Greece will acquire tha European coast line of Thrace, with the islands in Asia Minor, but not the coast line or Smyrna.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc. A wireless message received from the vessel on winch President Wilson is travelling states that it is expected he. will arrive at Bre-,t on March 13, "'"here he will hold a brief reception and then immediately proceed to Paris.—Aus,N'.Z.
