MR. BRYANT'S VIEWS. Received March 15, 1 a.m. New York, March 12. The United Press correspondent interviewed Mr. Bryant, who staed that the League of Nations is the greatest step towards peace in a thousand years. It cin't be expected that so great an instrument be perfected in a short time. Certain amendments should be made in order to strengthen the League.
