THE CONSPIRACY CASE. By Telegraph.—Pleas Association. Christchurch, Feb. 13. In the Supreme Court sentence was passed on the three men in connection with the conspiracy charge of obtaining £194 from W. J Cupples by fraud. Arthur Patrick M'Quil was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, Cecil M'Cullough to six months' hard labor, and Frederick Wormald, who pleaded guilty and gave evidence, was admitted to probation for twelve months.
