I AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Patrick Gunn, concerning whom the "my disagreed last week, wan re-tried on charges of breaking and entering and theft in connection with the recent city (burglaries. We was found not guilty. James Davern, Kdward J. McT.elland. and Walter N, Papeacti, previously found guilty of breaking and entering with intent to commie "a crime, came up tor sentence. Davern and McLelland, who pleaded guilty, were sentenced to two years' reformative treatment, concurrent with their previous sentences. Papesch, who on a previous charge was admitted to probation, pleaded not onilty to the present charge, and was ordered to come up for sentence whelt ot* dered. Florence V. K- Hull, for bigamy, was placed on probation for two years.
