ARMISTICE
GERMANS PROTEST. AGAINST USE OF COLORED TROOPS. London, Dee. 15. The German Government protested against the French Government using colored troops to occupy the Palatinate. War prisoners arrived at the distributing camp at Ripon since the armistice include 30 Australian officers and 800 men.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn'.
