A GIRL DROWNED. r By Telej{raph.—Press Association Wellington, Last Night. Evelyn Maclndoe, 15 years of age, a daughter of Captain Maclndoe, secretary of the Merchant Service Guild, while bathing in the Hutt River this alternoon, got beyond her depth ana was carried down the stream and drowned, 'ins body was recovered later, A BODY FOUND. Taumarumii, Last Night. The body of Mrs. .T. D. 'Murray, of Walton, was found on Sunday airernoon floating in the Wanganui River, nine miles below Taumarumii. Deceased left Meredith House two weeks ago hy night, leaving no trace. Search was kept up for two weeks. The body was discovered by a man mustering sheep near the river bank-
