ANTI-GERMAN RESOLUTIONS. THE PREMIER'S REPLY. AN ECONOMIC WAR PRECLUDED. Received Dec. 12, 8.15 p.m. Capetown, Dec. 12. A deputation of representatives of Natal towns presented the Premier with resolutions condemning the German treatment of prisoners, in favor of retaining the German colonies, demanding the prohibition of imports worn enemy countries, the confiscation of enemy firms, and legislation to make enemy trading impossible in the future. The Premier replied that tlit first two questions would he decided at the Peace Conference. Regarding the others, he pointed out that one of President Wilson's points precluded an economic war after peace.—Aua. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
