THE REPATRIATION BILL.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christehurcli, Dee. (J. A meeting of the North Canterbury Repatriation League strongly deprecated the hurried passing of the Repatriation Bill. It suggested that skeleton lines for a Bill should be approved, the whole scheme to be under civilian control and free from military influence. It was decided to communicate the views of the meeting to the Cabinet and local members of Parliament.
