GOOD NEWS FOR THE PRODUCERS. Mr Masscy stated on "/edneaday that the outlook for the shipping position had greatly improved, and lie thought that while there might, and probably would, be difficulty for some time in getting products such as tallow and hemp carried to British markets, he thought we should get away sufficient meat, dairy produce, and wool to keep those great producing industries going without 6eriou3 inconvenience.. He believed that there would be another improvement before very long.
