Tho Morning Post's Paris correspondent states that public opinion in France is hardening in favor of the Allies informing Holland that it is essential to give up the Kaiser and Crown Prince in order that they may be definitely punished for their monstrous crimes.— Aus.-N.Z. THE KAISER'S EXTRADITION,
ADVOCATED BY FRENCH JURIST.
Received Nov. 29, 15 a.m. Paris, Nov. 2G. M. Bertheloy, Professor of Public Laws at Paris University, writing to Lo Matin on tho question of the extradition of the ex-Kaiser, says the atrocities carried out by the Kaiser's orders were condemned alike by international law and common law, hence the Kaiser may be extradited.—Renter.
