DISGRUNTLED LABORITES.
Dunedin, Last Night. The following telegram lhas been forwarded to the Prime Minister by the Otago Labor Council: "It being authentically reported that only one representative for New Zealand has been invited to the Peace Conference, the Otago Labor Council vehemently protests against the National Cabinet sending two representatives at the country's expense, and urgently requests t'liat the proposal be reconsidered."
