THE REVOLUTIONARIES. SOME DRASTIC PROPOSALS. Amsterdam, Nov. 14. The Dutch National Revolutionary Committee has issued a manifesto demanding tho abolition of royalty and tlhe denunciation of State debts. The Dutch Socialist leader, Troelstra, stated that a, Socialist Conference would meet on Saturday to constitute a revolutionary authority and discuss the formation of Soviets throughout the country and a supreme Soviet. If it decided on the latter it would immediately assume the supreme authority in Holland. He condemned Russian Bolshevism. Dutdl» Socialists would act calmly, but drastically, for the realisation of social progress rendered necessary by the downfall of militarism.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Association.
