ELUSIVE GERMAN COMMANDER. Capetown, Nov. 14. Regarding the armistice. German East Africa is still much on a war footing, owing to the difficulty of getting into touch with the German commander. GREAT EXPORT OP MAIZE. Capetown, Nov. 14. Arrangements have been made for the immediate exportation of the accumulated stocks of maize. It is expected that before the end of tlhe year over a million bags will ibo shipped.
