. ' T.J.C. COMMITTEE. ' The T.J.C. Committee met last night, when there were present Messrs L. A Uolan (chairman), W. Nicoll, 0. W. Sole, G. Fraßer, J. McLeod, B. H. Chaney, W. Hookham, and E. F.' Blundeil. Certificates of fitness of character were granted to several trainers and jockeys. Arrangements in conection with the forthcoming Christmas meeting were gone into and sub-committees set up to deal witli the various detai'S. A member's resignation was accepted with regret. A number of transfers for the Fifth Taranaki Stakes were approved. Accounts amounting to £122 14s Cd were passed for payment.
