MAORI RESERVISTS ARRESTED.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Forty-four Maori reservists were arrested by Sergeant Cowan and four constables at Meresr on Saturday for alleged disobedient of the Military Service Act. No resistance was shown, and the members of the party, which includes Tonga Mahuta (brother of "King Rata"), were taken to Narrow Neck Camp.
