STRIFE BETWEEN HUNS AND ROUMANIANS. Received July 24, 7.25 p.m. Rome, July 23. It is officially stated that strife exists between tho Germans and Roumanians over the seizures of food. Many German troops have been sent to insist on the grain being handed over.—Press Assoc.
