EXCITEMENT IN GERMANY.
THE KAISER'S SPECIAL FRIEND. Received July 9, 9.50 p.m. Copenhagen, July 8. The murder of Count Mirbach caused the greatest excitement in Germany. The Kaiser immediately ordered Baron yon Kuhlmann to break off negotiations with the Rus.sian delegates. The Berlin police are specially, guarding the Russian Ambassador's houso in Berlin, fearing that the mob may attack the place, as Mirbach was known as the Kaiser's special friend. THE MOSCOW REVOLUTION. ' Received July 9, 11.45 p.m. London, July 9. Wireless Russian official: The counterrevolutionary rising of the Left Soclai Revolutionaries at Moscow has been suppressed. Several hundred have been arrested.
