PRETEXT FOR DRASTIC MILITARY ACTION. Received July ft, 11.40 p.m. Amsterdam, July 8, Berlin telegrams state that inquiries suggest that the Entente is implicated in the Mirbach affair. Capenhagen, July 8. A semi-official Wolff message fastens the responsibility on the Social Revolutionaries, who are engaged in severe sghting with the Bolsheviks,' resulting in the favor. Paris, July 8. The press agree that Germany will attempt to profit by the Mirbach affair, and speculate whether it was deliberately arranged, similarly to the Serajevo assassination, when the Austrian Crown Prince was murdered, in order to afford a pretext for more drastic military action. They urge the necessity for Allied intervention in order to save Russia.—Reuter.
