NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, June 14. In tlie Supremo Court yesterday, William James Anderson was found not guilty of manslaughter, arising out of an accident in which a Maori boy was knocked through a bridge by a motorcycle ridden by Anderson, the boy being drowned, Later. In the Supreme Court to-day, David Collins and John Davis were sentenced to probation for three years, during which time they must not take liquor or enter an hotel and for three months remain indoors after 8 p.m. They must also pay £ls expenses. On the charge of assault and the charge of conspiracy to defeat the ends of justice, they Were ordered to come up for sentence When called on. The case arose out of as assault on. an Australian returned vAy dier on Anzac night. The Crown intimated that it was possibly entering a nolle prosequi in the cases against two other mea. '
