A GREEK OFFENSIVE. STRONG POSITIONS CAPTURED. Received June 2, 5.5 p.m. ■ : Paris, June 1. A French Eastern communique reports: Greek troops, supported by French artillery, attacked very strong enemy positions at Skradilegen, on a twelve kilometre front to a depth of two metres, and captured their objectives. The enemy counter-attack failed. Over fifteen hundred Bulgar-German prisoners have been counted and a large quantity of material captured.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. and Reuter. COUNTER-ATTACK FAILS. Skradilegen is 3600 ft high, and dominates Ghevgfheli, which 13 strongly fortiand buttressed the enemy's front to the Vardar.—Press Assoc.
