ROUMANIA.
A STATE OF NEUTRALITY. BEMOVAL OF SCARS OF WAR. Received May 11, 55 p.m. Bucharest, May 10. The Roumanian Government, in a proclamation, announces the conclusion of peace. The country will re-enter a state" of neutrality and can now work at removing the scars of war by consolidating the internal position,—Reuter. PETROLEUM OUTPUT. * CONTROL BY GERMANY. Received May 13, 1 a.m. ' Washington, May 12. Official despatches from Berlin say thai the terms of the Bucharest peace give Germany the control of Roumanian petroleum for the duration of the war and after.—Press Association.
