Advices to the State Department say that Germany is re-considering the reduction of the meat ration from 2(10 grammes to 150 grammes weekly. The Ukrainian cities are near starvation point.—Aus.-N.Z. It is revorted that Dr. Seidler, Austrian Premier, has ordered the prosecution of the organisers of a demonstration at Prague in favor of the creation of a Czech-Slovo State.
