COMMENTS ON IRELAND. New York, May 7. The New York Times, in an editorial, says that Ireland runs over with prosperity while England lives on close rations. We have heard over-mudli of the wrongs of Ireland. For a generation England lias sought to confer benefits on Ireland and to redress old injuries. Is England blameaMe for Irishmen's quarrels?
