SPECULATION AS TO NEW TAXES.

Ihe Daily Telegraph opines that the Budget which is to be delivered on Menday will include a flight im-rei'.se in the income tax, a heavy increase in the super tax, ad valorem duties on luxuries, including jewellery and expensive clothes, new duties on tea, sugar, beer, spirits and possibly tobacco.
