CONDEMNED BY TRIZE COURT.

The German submarine policy had rendered retaliatory measures imperative.
Mr. Justice Evan R remarked that neutrals who complained of interference with their trade forget that they were making enormous profits at the expense of the belligerents.
The judgment affects two Dutch and fix Swedish \vessels.
SEARCH FOR THE CYCLOPS. Washington, April IG. Mr. Daniels, Secretary to the Naw has ordered several fast scouts to assist in the search for the missing Cyclops. Scores of islands and isolated cays (low islands) will be searched.
