PARTING MESSAGE.
New York, April 16. Mr. Appieton, leader of the British jLabor .Mission to America, in a farewell message says:
We have been deeply impressed bv the war America has consecrated her entire resources to the Allies' cause. Mr Gompers has asked me to convey to Mr Uoyd George the assurance that the American Federation of Labor unswervingly and whole-heartedly behind President Wilson, and that the workers of America will support' to the uttermost the Allies' efforts to enforce a peace which will destroy German militarism for all time." ' ,
