THE ON GERMANY. A CESSATION URGED. London, April 14. The effectiveness of the Allied air raids in Germany is illustrated by the fact that the Second Chamber of the Bavarian Diet unanimously resolved to request the Government to urge the Imperial authorities to try to arrange for a cessation of hostile air raids outside the area of military operations
