~" A WORTHY EXAMPLE. RESPONSE TO CALL FOR MORE MEN. Capetown, April 11. In view of the gravity of the situation revealed by Mr. Lloyd George's speech, it is suggested that South Africa should increase its brigade to a division. The Cape Province Federation of Labor unanimously resolved calling on every trades union to accent the challenge of the foe and to use their utmost endeavors to secure every available enlistment forthwith, to ensure the security of future democracy by a supreme effort for a speedy and triumphant peace.
