The Tageblatt says the" Austrian Foreign Office admits that the Emperor Carl and other Austro-Hunganans made various attempts to secure a general peace. The Austrian Embassy at°Berli n officially denies that the Emperor Carl wrote the letter.
TUROO-BULGARIAN DIFFERENCES. Berne, April 11. German papers declare that..a serious disagreement between Bulgaria and Turkey is delaying the Roumanian peace and they> urge Bulgaria to recognise Turkey's moderation and her invaluable war services.
