TREATIES NULLIFIED. ONLY MADE UNDER PRESSURE. 8 London, Jan. 29. Persian advices state that owing to the ißusaian and Turkish Governments announcing their willingness to withdraw troops Persia declares void the treaty of February, 1828, and other treaties which Persia, yielding to violence and menaces of occupation, was forced to accept in the latter part of the nineteenth and 'beginning of the twentieth centuries.
