REVOLUTIONARY STRIKES. ELECTRIC CABLES OUT. PACKING HOUSES CLOSING DOWN. Received Dec. 9, 5.5 p.m. Buenos Ayres, Dec, 8. _ The strike movement is of a revolutionary character. The strikers at Berisso cut the electric cables supplying La Plata. The city is in darkness and the trams have stopped. The strikers then ftwiladcd the paeking houses, to which the marines replied with machine-guns. Berisso power-house is in flames. The various managements contemplate closing down freezing and packing operations until the safety of life and property is guaranteed. The police are worse than useless. The action of the marines saved the establishments from fire and destruction. ' GERMAN OFFICIAL MESSAGE. Received Dec. 9, 5.6 p.m, London, Dec. 8. A wireless German official report States: We stormed La Justice farm, (between Graineourt and Marcoing, and cleared the enemy out of-the latter. The British temporarily penetrated northward of La Vacqunrie, but we threw them tack, maintaining our positions against bitter hand grenade attacks. We captured Monte Sicemol. The Italian prisoners now number 15,000.
