EXPORT OF RABBITS.

DEPUTATION TO PRIME MINISTER By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Representatives of the firms interested in the export of frozen and canned rabbits waited upon the Prime Minister today, their business being, if possible, to make arrangements with the- Imperial Government for the purchase of their stocks (of rabbits in the same way that it is reported the Imperial authorities are purchasing frozen and canned rabbits or to arrange for insulated space to enable them to place their frozen rabbits on the English market. They have now over a hundred thousand cases in stock in New Zealand. As a result of the interview, negotiations will be commenced with the Food Controller and Eoard of Trade in England.
