SPECIAL DEPARTMENT PROPOSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Dec. 0. The question of repatriating soldiers was again before the Advisory Board of the New Zealand Patriotic Societies to-day, when the law committee submitted the following motion: "That in order to repatriate soldiers, it is essential immediately to create a Repatriation Department, and that an advisory board, consisting of expert civilians and returned soldiers, should be associated with such department." The" board approved of the motion, which is lo be placed before the National Efficiency Board.
