Replying to Mr. Runciman in tli# House of Commons, Sir Chiozza Moncv said that the Government proposes to increase the freights on frozen meats irom Argentina and Australasia., in order to meet increased charges, particular .y war risk insurance, which was now, per cent, per annum. The reviled Argentine rate would be approximately double tho pre-war rate. The Australasian rate has not yet been fixed. ■,
