SUPREME COURT.
PALMERSTON SESSIONS. By TelegTaph.—iPress Association. Palmerston N., Nov. 12. The November sessions of the Supreme Court opened this morning, before Mr. Justice Cbaplnan. One of the lightest calendars on record was presented, only one case being submitted to the Grand Jury. This was against Reeves and Williams, formerly dairy factory proprietors, of Woodviile, who "were charged on three counts with breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. The jury returned a true bill on each count.
