A BYE ELECTION. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, Nov. 12. At the Gloucester by-election Mr. Price, who was expelled from the House recently for making unfounded charges against Mr. Ashford, was returned with a majority. THE CONSCRIPTION QUESTION. Melbourne, Nov. 11. The referendum question will take the following form; "Are yon in favor of the proposal of the Commonwealth Government for reinforcing the Australian and Imperial forces overseas?"
