KERENSKY'S WARNING. AGAINST ACTION OF EXTREMISTS. Received Nov. 8, 5.5 p.m. Petrograd, Nov. 7. At the preliminary Parliament, ML [Korensky said that any Maximilist attempts to seize power would be suppressed immediately. Referring to the Council of Workmen and Soldiers' attempt to seize the supreme power in Petrograd, he said the workmen had been supplied with arms. The Government regarded that part of Pctrognd as in revolt, and would be forced to take measures to meet the situation.

REPUBLIC FOR FINLAND.

UNITED TO RUSSIA. Petrograd, Nov. 7. The Government 'has. accepted draft proposals for the establishing of a Republic in Finland, which will remain annexed to Russia, the latter retaining treaty-making powers.

NAVAL MAXIMALISTS.

TAKE CHARGE OF IMPORTANT INSTITUTIONS. .Received Nov. 8, 11.50 p.m. fieuter Service. Petrograd, Nov. 8. _ An armed naval party, under Maximalists' orders, seized the offices of the Russian official news agency, also the central telegraph office, the State bank, and Marie Palace, where the preliminary parliament, which was suspended, had been sitting-. No disorders are reported. Times Service. Received Nov.-8, 11.50 p.m. Petrograd, Nov. 7. Amidst much excitement tln.> preliminary Parliament decided, by lil votes to 102, to support the Government, if it immediately carried out the programme of the revolutionary democracy.
