A clause in tho Wishing Up 'Bill in* troduced this evening authorises tile !f«w Plymouth Borough' Council to devote the unexpended balance of loan moneys to forming and improving roads. The balance available' is £3250 out Of special loan raised for the erection of municipal offices and other purposes. Another clause adds a portion of a closed road to the Taranaki ■"rtajjjcal (Hardens. .
