THE SEAMEN'S TROUBLE
MEN REFUSE TO RESUME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 5. A special meeting of the Wellington branch of the Seamen's Union discussed Mr. Massey's letter asking the men to resume work under the old conditions pending a decision on the matters in dispute by the Arbitration Court. It was finally decided unanimously not to resume work.
