EXTREMISTS FAVOR COALITION MOSCOW VIEWS. Petrograd, Sept. 30. The Maximalist and Revolutionary Socialists at the Democratic Conference rotod in. favor of a coalition Cabinet, including representatives of the bourgeois (the middle class), but excluding the Constitutional Democrats. M. Kerenaky conferred with representatives of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce ana industry regarding their entry into the Cabinet. They stipulated that the Cabinet must be wholly non,. partisan. TROUBLE IN FINLAND. SEALS OF DIET BROKEN. SOCIALISTS HOLD A MEETING. Aus. and X.Z. Cable Assoc, and Reuter. Received Oct. 1, 7:50 p.m. iPctrograd, Sept. 30. The Goveroor-Gcneral of Finland sealed the Diet, but the president broke the seals, and with eighty Socialists held a sitting and passed 'bills establishing an eight-hours day, equal rights for the Jews, conferring on the Diet sovereign power, and making the Senate responsible to the Diet. The Governor-General subsequently ordered the prosecution of the president and the eighty members.

150 RUSSIANS HUNG. Received Oct. 1, '5.5' p.m. • \ Paris, Sept. 30. A Petrograd telegram states that the Germans at Riga hanged 150 Russians belonging to the various .political and Socialist organisations. LENIN'S MOVEMENTS. Rome, Sept. 30. Lenin, the Russian revolutionary leader, who is alleged to be in the pay of Germany, has left Switzerland. Petrograd, Sept. 30. The Maximalists will not allow lenin to attend the conference owing to the Government's threat to arrest him immediately afterwards.
